BHX 19 May 1999 - Champions League Final

A mad day at BHX, with UEFA cup winners cup final traffic for the game at Villa Park, three Corsair jumbos taxying round for seemingly hours waiting for a stand, parking on the cross runway, and loads of spotters on a beautifully warm day.  Parking situation not helped by regular Gemini cargo flights for Jaguar Land Rover. Abiding memory though was a stout Alitalia pilot with a Lazio shirt over his uniform (including jacket...)!
