Ambassador brought us a based Greek registered A320, not before a few sub-charters in advance such as the Translift A320, Eurofly MD80 and Sterling 727. A rare visit from a Concorde, a new pair of ATR42s for Gill Air, who continued to amuse with an ever changing fleet of Sheds. Loganair Jetstream 41s were transferred Manx and visited on Saturday mornings from the IOM. Kuwait A300s became regular visitors on cargo flights (some 26 years before passenger aircraft operating solely cargo flights became a fad!). Air Liberte Tunisie operated charters from Monastir, and the Corsair 747 was on a pilgrimage to Lourdes. Highights though were Dash 8 deliveries.
